Delivery Policy

All deliveries within the UK are free of charge.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. All parcels will be sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail.

Next day delivery can be arranged for an additional charge of £12.00. This service is only available for weekday delivery.  We can offer Saturday delivery for an extra fee, please call to arrange this.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order. We will require photographic proof of any damage.

Overseas Shipments

These will be calculated and the cost e-mailed to the buyer before shipment. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, custom duties and excise duties.

Claims and Returns

Customers must notify us via e-mail within 3 working days (Mon-Friday) of delivery of any discrepancy between goods supplied and noted on the enclosed delivery note, or of any damaged goods. Returns may only be made with prior consent by e-mail from us. Returns for goods ordered in error must be notified within 10 working days of delivery. We cannot accept any returns or claims if the models have been played with, as these are meant for display and are not toys.

Any costs incurred in returning items are payable by the customer.  Customer special orders cannot be returned.

Invoice queries must be raised in writing within 10 days of the date of invoice.  Claims may be made through the website AJYEMPORIUM.CO.UK
